2. Employer Verification Standards

All indexed career openings are confirmed to originate from registered trading corporate entities that:

• Maintain valid registration in the US (IRS EIN) or UK (Companies House).
• Comply with US Department of Labor prevailing wage standards or UK National Minimum Wage laws.
• Hold legitimate work authorization eligibility (USCIS E-Verify or Home Office Sponsor License).
