Position Overview & Specifications

My client is seeking to appoint a security officer to their hospital locations around the South London area.

Duties:

Chaperoning patients and visitors to wards
Receptionist duties
Being responsible for the safe-keeping
Assisting in First-Aid when needed
Checking in patients and visitors
General help and support as required.

This role is an ongoing, part time position. Working hours will average around 4 days per week and are 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

You may also be expected to work some weekend days with enhanced pay rate of sundays so the right candidate must be flexible and willing to do this.

This is a hands-on role so the right candidate must therefore be agile and willing to do some manual work.
Previous experience within a hospital environment is desirable.
An DBS check and SIA license is essential.
First Aid training is highly desirable.
