Position Overview & Specifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our production processes and collaborating with our manufacturing partners to maintain the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with the design team to ensure that production processes align with design specifications
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all rugs meet our high standards
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery processes
Responsible for oversight of the custom approval design process from initial artwork phase to production
Ensure SKU database is updated and accurately maintained, including cost, BOM’s, and all manufacturer information
Communicate daily with a network of overseas vendors to track production progress on open orders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience working with overseas production textiles, home goods, or a similar industry with a proven track record of success
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and experience with production software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
