• Motivating a team of Customer Service Assistants

• Coaching your team and developing their potential

• Making sure the shop always looks the part (e.g. visual displays)

• Getting to know your customers to champion safer gambling at all times

• Taking care of opening and closing in our shops

• Making sure your shop hits its targets

This isn’t a hide-behind-your-desk type of role. You’ll be out there on the shop floor, engaging with our customers to ensure we’re delivering the best experience. What we’re looking for

• Supervisory experience

• Professional and dynamic approach to work

• Age 18+ (it’s a legal requirement)

If you have a passion for racing and sport, that would obviously help. But don’t worry if you’ve never worked in our industry before.
