Purpose:

Assisting all Sales Executives in the day-to-day administration of Holiday Home Sales. Ensuring that all essential paperwork is completed correctly in line with the appropriate guidelines. Supporting the team in all aspects of their jobs.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Organising & conducting siting meetings with the wider team
Ordering of decking Salfor new sales
Conducting welcome meetings with new purchasers
Running of paperwork for new deals
Chasing debt for ongoing sales
Organising of factory stock and incoming transport
Creating stock and placing onto internal system parcvu
Finance proposals & finance pay outs
Collating and checking paperwork for commission payments
Trading off used stock and organising bids
Purchase orders for the sales department
Organise handover cleans for new owners
Organising cleaning & dressing of show vans
Key ordering & sales keyboard for stock vans
Answering customer sales & finance queries via email/phone/meetings
General sales support for the team
