Store Manager

Location: Grangemouth

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Starting Rate: £11 with further increase following completion of successful training

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our team in Grangemouth.

What you'll be doing

As Store Manager (E-Cigarette Specialist), you'll be:

Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations
Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice

Your experience

Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic
Able to work well under pressure when required.
