Job Title: Lead Generator
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
Salary:

£20,000 basic, rising to £22,000 after 1 month of hitting targets + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

Responsibilities;

You will be responsible for:

Outbound calling through warm data
Generating Hotkey leads that will be transferred externally outside the business
Achieving company targets
Maintaining call quality and compliance

Skills you'll need to have:

3 + months Telesales or high level of over the phone customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Negotiation, questioning, and decision-making skills
Active listening skills
Organisational and time management skills
The ability to work well under pressure
Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations

Salary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
