Your role and responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client care team. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to self-motivate. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensuring all veterinary reports, referral letters and discharge instructions are typed, checked, distributed, and attached to patient records in a timely and efficient manner
Processing insurance claims
Providing administrative support to our vets, reception team and wider organisation.
Booking of appointments and surgical procedures for our clients
Assisting with general reception and admin duties as required
Answering the telephone to assist clients with any enquiries or queries.
