SALARY

Basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
Uncapped Bonus scheme
Average earners make £500 per month increasing your salary to £24,000
Top earners make £400- £800 per month increasing your salary to £28,000
As it is uncapped you could earn even more

The Role as a Call Operator will include

As a Call Operator you will be calling lapsed customers to discuss new offers
Providing general customer support
As a Call Operator, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their renewal

What we look for in a Call Operator

Friendly warm voice
past sales experience
Eager to work and learn personality
Experience in retail, sales or customer service
have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
