Manchester Academy is highly ambitious for our students and has strong systems to support this progress. Our teaching model utilises Rosenshine’s principles and we offer excellent support for new staff and early career colleagues. We have a detailed curriculum across all subjects and dedicate significant time to academic teams to discuss, plan and share planning and resources. As part of one of the most ambitious Trusts in the country, United Learning, we are fortunate to be part of a much bigger network of professional practice which complements the curriculum leadership within the Academy.
