About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced tech recruiter who has experience, or has a strong motivation to enter the US market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving good billing and will possess the hunger and leadership traits needed to support in the growth of a new office dedicated to the US market in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract new clients across North America within our niche, or similar specialism
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve desired billing goals
Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and results
Reach business growth goals by growing your team

Who You Are:

Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
Proven track record of achieving good billing and meeting recruitment targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
