Position Overview & Specifications
Civil Enforcement Officers are required on either a part time or full time basis.
The full-time position is contracted to 42.5 hours per week, with a salary of £22,829.28. The part time position is contracted to 25.5 hours per week, with a salary of £13,697.58
Key responsibilities:
- Travelling across the borough at different locations to ensure that parking restrictions are applied
- Providing good customer service to the community
- Issuing tickets to vehicles that do not comply to standards
- Taking photos for recording purposes
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
The ideal candidates:
- Will have good communication skills
- Be friendly and have good problem solving skills
- Motivated to work well independently
Training is available for successful applicants.
