Position Overview & Specifications

Our company is looking for a Front of House (FOH) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
Clear tables/Maintain dining room cleanliness;
Prepare drink orders;
Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations;
Clean Customer Area
Friendly greet customers and take their orders;
Help with events;
Know and promote menu items;
Engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience;
Handle take-out orders in person and over the phone;
Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

Requirements:

Outgoing personality;
Friendly and positive attitude;
Ability to work in a team towards a common goal;
Strong attention to detail and respect for process and procedures as prescribed;
Independent work and be able to prioritize tasks;
Fully understand and comply with health code;
Must be 18 or older;
Able to work weekends;
Weekend availability is a must
Excellent customer service skills;
Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work well in a team towards a common goal;
Team minded.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
