Retail Assistant
Hours: 10 per week
Location: Oakham (Home Store)
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Closing date: 29th March 2023
About us: Our Trading company opened its first shop in 2010 on Rugby high street. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength and now have over 55 shops ranging from boutiques, concessions, home stores and superstores. We have a successful online trading department selling through Amazon, EBAY and its own web shop selling bespoke homeware. We also have our own in-house recycling department with over 100 collection bins, and door to door collections. You can be a part of this great cause!
The role You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience with us and promoting our charities services within the shop. As we are a charity you will also be responsible for sorting the all-important donations that we receive, including pricing and restocking continually to make the store as profitable as possible!
What you will need: Our best people are strongly aligned to our values, Courage, Compassion and Creativity. These are at the heart of everything we do. Ideally you will have had some experience working in the retail or charity sector to give you an initial understanding of the sector we operate in. However, if you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, are target driven and can inspire a team we also want to hear from you.
