About You

We are seeking for someone who is solution focused, attentive to detail, eager to learn, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a team player with effective communication, you can multitask alongside a diverse workforce under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nature of Role

including but not limited to

Answer phone calls for takeaways and reservation
Notify customers of their order status
Handle customer complaints
Show customers to their table
Take food and drink orders
Fulfil drink orders
Serve plates and dishes
Wash dishes and glasses
Replenish cutlery
Table setting
Ad hoc admin/cleaning (usually to kill time on a quiet shift)
Closing duties: hoover, mop, clean menus, top up drinks
Optimise order assignments

Training

You will be given full training so don’t worry if you do not have any work experience.
Initially you will receive training during the weekdays, but the goal is for you to be confident enough to handle our busiest nights

This role is for you if you

are flexible - work shifts are on a rota basis
have strong work ethics.

Shifts

Shift starts between 5pm-7pm for a minimum of 3 hours.
Your shift could end around midnight on our busiest nights - usually on Fridays and Saturdays or when we have big parties
Your first shift will start at 4pm so we can provide training when it is quiet.
