Our ideal candidate will:

have a strong ICT technical background, with experience of server and network infrastructure
have experience in providing ICT support within the education sector
have experience in ICT service delivery
be able to deliver a range of first line support and onsite activities of varying complexity
be able to provide clear advice on support issues;
work effectively as a team player
be willing to travel between STEP academies
