Qualified Pharmacy Technician (NVQ3) or Dispenser (NVQ2)

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, to join our dynamic team.

The role is for a permanent Full time Pharmacy Technician/dispenser to work in our busy pharmacy in the Dartford area in Kent.

Trainee and Part-Time dispensers will also be considered.

The key requirements include:

A competent Technician/Dispenser trained to NVQ3/NVQ2
Ideally with at least 1+ years' experience in a community pharmacy setting in the role as a dispenser
Able to work independently, under pressure and as part of the bigger team
Confident with good verbal communications with both patients and other healthcare professionals, answering queries and providing advice
IT literate and able to use NHS mail and pharmacy ordering apps or capable to learn these skills
Experience with Pro-script PMR system is essential
Stock control management
Preparation and assembly of dosette trays for patients
Other standard duties of a dispenser including date checking, cleaning and other background operations
Reliable and punctual
Undertake any additional duties requested by the Pharmacist / Manager to meet short-term requirements

We have an experienced team who are willing to provide support and train the candidate.

Suitably experienced Trainee Dispensers will be considered
