Teaching Assistant at St Micheal's CofE Primary School

Contract: Fixed Term (until July 2023)
Please note this position is term time + 1 week position (39 weeks per year)
Working Hours: 30.83 per week
Pay: £10.98 per hour
Required to start: April 2023

St Michael's Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within the classroom at our friendly and welcoming school.

The role will include:

Supporting classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons
Assisting children with classroom activities, as individuals and in small groups

We will be pleased to hear from you if you can show us you:

Are extremely well presented and articulate, with good communication skills
Have achieved grade C, or above, in 5 GCSE subjects, including Maths and English
Have superb attention to detail and organisational skills
Are self-motivated, dedicated and consistent
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with a variety of staff, students and parents
Have the ability to deal with challenging situations
Are a really strong team player and a flexible attitude
