Source Of Life Bakehouse is a family bakery, specialising in artisan sourdough and all things baked goods.

We're looking for a new Baker to join our team in our daily dedication of producing delicious, nutritious and sustainable sourdough.

The role is a 40 hours Monday to Friday , permanent role.

From you, we will expect:

Experience with sourdough production including mixing, shaping and oven shifts are essential.
Experience in producing production schedules, rotas and working to delivery timetables
An ability to develop new seasonal artisanal baked good products
To strive towards greater sustainability and zero waste
An ability to produce and maintain extremely high standards
High standards for food safety and hygiene
Dedication to always strive for the best
The desire to develop new skills
Excellent attention to detail
