We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our team based in Holly Court, Yeovil.
You will work as part of a small reception team within South Somerset Community Mental Health services providing reception duties and administrative support.

To provide welcoming and professional reception cover with patience and efficiency in a range of situations involving patients and relatives including where the patient or relative may be distressed.

- Informing clinicians of the arrival of the client.
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and passing to appropriate personnel.
- To work flexibly as part of a team to meet service need.
