WHO ARE THEY?

A full-service hotel, offering many exceptional experiences. The current Hotel is a 150+ bedroom boasting spa & leisure club, three function spaces, restaurant and bar.

This is an exciting time to join the hotel as they embark on a rebranding and refurbishment program with a major international brand in the next few months.

WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?

As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team.
Responsible for creating and developing the culture with the senior leadership team
The management of training, recruitment and conduct and performance management
To engage with the development and execution of structured training plans within the department to inspire a customer experience-led culture.
Operational responsibility for the Food and Beverage department, including shift leadership, stock purchasing, and department rotas
Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled, and that target productivity and performance levels are attained
