Location: Derbyshire

Salary: c £22-28k

The Company:

Supplier of branded and own label products into all major retailers

The Role:

Assist with the implementation and monitoring of all food safety, quality, and hygiene procedures across the site.
Assist the Technical Manager in preparing the site for all external and internal auditing and accreditation.
As part of the HACCP team, you will enforce a strong HACCP culture and train on CCPs and check all related paperwork is up to date.
Deliver training on all food safety matters including the policies and procedures.

The Person:

Degree educated in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
1+ year experience in a food technical role
Knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety.
Excellent communication skills, well organised and a resilient strong work ethic
