We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our team covering Portishead and the surrounding area.
This is a permanent post and comes with excellent benefits 39 hours per week, Overtime Opportunities.
The role.
We are on the lookout for an operative to join our successful Home Repairs Service (HRS) team to undertake high quality, pro-active repairs to our properties and make the difference to our customers.
We are seeking someone with a good knowledge of repairs work within domestic properties, holding a strength in carpentry / joinery and having some experience in other trades.
Our HRS team are also great at customer service and have experience using tablets and mobile phones at work.
All of our operatives receive a company van when they join us, so a full driving licence is required.
Joining our team means you will have access to a wide range of training courses, including training on non-licensed asbestos removal.
We have homes across North Somerset, Bristol and Swindon. As one of our operatives, you will be assigned a specific area where you will work the majority of the time, but on occasion you may have to work in another business area (with prior notice).
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency in the required trade.
