Position Overview & Specifications

Our company is seeking a Financial Controller to work under an experienced Finance Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial management, financial reporting, and analysis. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organisation and providing strategic financial guidance to our Finance Director mainly concentrating on cashflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis software such as Sage/Xero/Quickbooks
