Hourly Rate: £10.60 per hour
Location: Ballymena
Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Holidays: 36 days pro rata
Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:

Answering telephone calls and providing advice on phones.
A wide variety of tasks with an element of discretion being applied to making decisions within a defined framework.
Presentation of information in tabular or descriptive form, answering queries on basic or associated tasks and seeking out more detailed information for approval for release by more senior staff.
All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions.
Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of the section.

Criteria:

4 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, strong telephony skills required.
As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
