Customer Service Assistant Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised, exceptional service experience to each customer.
Utilise expert product knowledge and promotion information to maximise sales opportunities while delivering world-class service.
Exhibit positive personal behaviour and maintain a can-do attitude towards customers.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently towards achieving operational standards across the store.

Customer Service Assistant Requirements

Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) and handle customer/student inquiries
Previous experience in a similar work setting
Proficient in using relevant IT software
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to display a professional and proactive attitude
Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
