Proficiency Design and Build is a construction company, based in London, NW6 1DU. We are currently looking for an Interior Designer, preferably with 2 years of experience.

You will be joining our friendly and creative team to work on a numerous prestigious new projects in London.

Responsibilities

Providing advice on the interior layout of a space /building.
Generating 2D or 3D interior design plans, drawings, mood boards and project visualisations.
Being the point of contact for construction contractors on site, as well as consulting with engineers, architects and trade specialists.
Preparing full architectural and construction detail drawings for the projects
Preparing interior design package
Direct client liaison.
Creative, analytical input and delivery of presentations

Skills & Qualifications

Passionate about design
Excellent AutoCAD skill
Excellent 3D-modelling skills , Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills
Creatively conceptually strong with an enthusiasm for construction
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, to tight deadlines with a great attitude
Have a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.
Highly capable both on the technical and people communication, with excellent client handling skills
2 years of experience
Fluent in English, verbal and written
