Platform Two is recruiting for an NOC Engineer for a large Technology business in London.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing overlay & technical support to enhance the customers use of their services. You'll be preventing issues, resolving problems and being go to person for their customers.

Responsibilities

Actively seek out new ways and opportunities to improve customer service experiences.
Using team skills to manage your workload and working with other colleagues.
Always keep yourself up to date, with the latest software, trends, and technical data.
Help support with new projects, lines and software.
Going that extra mile to be able to resolve all types of problems from minor to extremely complex matters. - Tier III
Be available to assist in the welcoming and training of new colleagues.
Compliment our client’s BAU operations.

Requirements

Strong understanding of IP networking specifically Cisco, Nokia/Alcatel and Juniper.
Data/IP networks experience in an operational environment.
Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £48,000.00 per year
