We're looking for an exceptional Head Server (w/m/d) to work with our team at our family-friendly, full-service Italian restaurant. Our servers are well-known for their charm, excellent knowledge of the menu and quick, polite service. Our restaurant has a well-established reputation in the local area and we're always looking for individuals who want to be a part of our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

Get a good understanding of the entire menu.
Communicate with staff in the kitchen to coordinate orders and ensure that food arrives promptly at the table.
Maintain friendly and professional service with customers.
Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
Be able to explain the menu items in detail, based on the customer's needs.
Be aware of specials available in the restaurant.
Understand how alcohol affects customers' moods, appetites, and spending habits.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
