IT Field Service Engineer – Cardiff – £27,000

Pearson Carter are working with an established End User, who are Field Service Engineer to join their team, who is looking to develop and advance their career, within a very reputable company.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for IT Service Desk Tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests)
Support key business applications
Provide both technical and hardware support
Work with field services team to deliver larger projects
Liaise with suppliers to provide onsite support

Experience:

Experience working in support/service helpdesk/IT environment
Technical/hardware support experience
Excellent communication skills
Full driving licence

Salary:

This client is offering a salary package up to £27,000 + great benefits.

Location:

This is an on-site working role, with travel to their Cardiff office 5x per week.
