Opus People Solutions are seeking a Production Supervisor on the outskirts of Woodbridge.

This is a varied and technical role where you will be efficiently leading the production team. Experience managing a team in a similar environment is essential. Previous successful candidates have come from an engineering background.

Your main duties as the new Production Supervisor will be:

Ensuring production schedules are adhered to effectively
Monitor and report on the team KPIs ensuring targets are achieved
Training and developing the team
Responsible for all production data being entered onto the company's systems accurately
Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
Monitor the stock and inventory and report on this

You will have/be:

Sound knowledge of production machinery or similar continuous process
Proven track record in developing and mentoring others
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Team player who is able to work collaboratively across different departments to achieve business goals
Own transport is necessary due to the location
