Position Overview & Specifications

Proficient in customs clearance system.
Categorize documents in strict accordance with customs requirements.
Be able to submit customs materials smoothly for import and export declaration
Cooperate with customs for inspection or secondary declaration.
Handling imports and exports shipments, coordinating between customers and the UK customs team.
Screening shipping documents including HS code, and goods value declared.
Checking ETA, chasing linehaul and shipping line to update the arrival status.
Fluently using IT ERP system to Optimize the customs operation and warehouse operation.
Raising sales invoices and reconcile the suppliers’ bills by comprising quotation.
Ability to complete the whole operation chain from arrival of shipment, transit, custom cleared, last mile delivery.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and bachelor’s degree in logistics management/ supplychain or relevant field.
Right to work (including PSW visa)
Preferable with study model in import and export, international logistics, E-commerce, business Management
With excellent communication skill, good service manner, sound knowledge of computer system, customs system, inventory system, well organised, detail oriented and strong execution ability.
Office location will be in our main office which is in New Malden, Kingston, London KT34BH.
