Description – IT Support Engineer

Escalated IT Support Tickets / Projects / Migrations.
Senior Helpdesk Support
Multiple environments: Office 365 / Sharepoint / Windows / MDM / Backup & DR / Cyber / Server / Cloud / Hybrid
Actively leading Migrations / upgrades / patch management etc
Supporting clients both remotely and onsite.
Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Devices / cloud servers / on-premise services and client software applications.
Networking and Infrastructure support – Firewall, Switches, Routers – Configuration and Maintenance.
Cyber Security Solutions
Supporting and assisting junior team members

Personal Qualifications

12-24 months IT Support experience within a business environment.
Good knowledge of networks (including hardware and configuration), office 365, windows applications and tools and peripheral hardware.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal at all organisational levels
Extremely high level of customer service.
Demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet all the required deadlines and expectations
Ability to “think on your feet” and react positively to given situations.

Compensation

Hybrid working environment – Office (Faversham, Kent) Regular Home Working Available.
£35000 + bonuses + laptop + - Dependent upon Experience
Ongoing IT & Cyber training – Inhouse and 3rd party
Paid for Microsoft Certification Exams
