Residential Security Officer
Location: Walsall
Rate: £10.50 per hour

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. Covering days, nights & weekends. (0700-1900/1900-0700). GUARANTEED HOURS CONTRACT.

We have vacancies available for SIA Licensed Security Officers on a guaranteed hours contract working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Essential criteria:

SIA license holder
Ability to resolve problems quickly and with integrity
Strong conflict management skills

Duties to include:

Access Control to the property
Regular internal and external patrols, keeping logs and reporting concerns and incidents
Monitoring CCTV
Patrolling and securing the area.
Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Communicating effectively with the client.
Ensure the safety of Staff and Visitors.
Escorting the residents
Following procedures for various initiatives including fire presenting, traffic control and accident investigations.
Guarding valuables in a secure area.
Liaise with client in respect of Serious incidents.
Maintaining an incident report record.
Monitor access points – e.g., main/rear entrances, fire exits, secured ground floor windows
Respond to all alarm activations
