Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We're looking for a confident, well mannered, charismatic and smiley individual who has a solid work ethic to join the friendly team at our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot in Dalton Park Shopping Centre.

Hourly rate - £7.00 - £10.42 depending on age and experience

Key Responsibilities

provide friendly and efficient counter/table service
Maintaining Food and Health Safety standards
Assisting with due dilligence and compliance checks
Upholding Massarella & Co core values
Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

desirable but not essential - some experience in the hospitality industry
desirable but not essential - an understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business.
