Full time or Part-time, Permanent – Long Eaton and Derby Branch.
We’re seeking an experienced, confident and customer-focused individual to join our branch team in Long Eaton and Derby, working across the 2 branches.
This role is dedicated to providing a first-class service to our members in a face-to-face environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills to gain experience in a busy and highly regulated environment. A background in financial customer services or an associated sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
To be successful in this position, you will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills and confidence with IT systems and technology. You may also be required to work at alternative locations from time to time.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Please note the salary £20,750 is the full-time equivalent, this will be pro-rata for part-time applicants.
