We are looking for a Fibre Manager who will be responsible for overseeing fibre activities on construction sites for fibre builds. Your Main responsibility as a Fibre Manager will be to manage the day to day running of the project ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high quality.

Responsibilities:

You will manage sub-contractors and their activity e.g. splicing, PIA sub ducting cabling & fibre blowing for Network and SDU and MDU builds
You will liaise with Highways and Local authorities to ensure everything is in place for the works.
Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive work environment
Train new employees in company standards and job duties
Update daily/weekly reports with achieved productivity
Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works
Supervision of all operatives, subcontractors

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience of managing sub-contractor teams completing fibre activities
MDU experience
Supervisor Ticket - Desired
Working knowledge of fibre activity (splicing, PIA ducting, fibre blowing)

40-45K salary
20 days holiday + all bank holidays
