The Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about gym facilities, and assisting with membership inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, including managing operational standards, maintaining inventory, and restocking supplies.
Conduct facility tours for potential new members and provide information on gym services and membership options.
Process member check-ins, handle membership payments, and maintain accurate records using the company database or system.
Assist in coordinating group fitness classes, ensuring smooth class transitions, and maintaining an up-to-date schedule.
Respond promptly to member concerns, requests, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and energetic environment throughout the gym.
