We are seeking a capable and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Learning Disabilities team at their Supported Living services based across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Swindon/Wiltshire.

Job Role:
To ensure support the development and embedding of Care Quality Improvement and Compliance with regulatory bodies, such as CQC.

• Work with Registered Managers to ensure all services meet current legislation.

• Working collaboratively with managers and different staff groups to help deliver high quality support.

• Providing expertise within the organisation to inform future ongoing development and improvement.

This Supported Living services provide
Support for people with learning disabilities including autism some with physical disabilities.

Person requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Adult Social care or have previously been a Registered Manager

• Solid understanding of CQC Regulatory Framework & REACH Standards

• Experience of regulatory compliance through service audits, inspections, improvement planning and monitoring
