Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our thriving transport convenience stores in Northampton. Some of your key tasks will include:

Ensuring sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
Welcoming Customers into branch effectively
Recognising opportunities for additional sales
Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
Delivering an excellent customer experience to everyone who comes into Store.
