Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at one of our flagship convenience stores in Derby Bus Station. Some of your key tasks will include:

Ensuring food sales are maximised through achieving excellent Customer Service.
Welcoming Customers to our Food to Go cafe effectively
Recognising opportunities for additional sales
Ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, referring to management where appropriate.
Supporting the Food to Go Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished and administration is completed accurately.
Producing 'made to order' sandwiches and other food items in line with Food Safety law.
