NIGHTSHIFT SUPERVISOR

37.5 Hours

5 days over 7.

Duties include:

The day to day operations and supervision of all staff. Focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility.
Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract
Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor/Line Manager
Use of Microsoft office suite and other IT applications to facilitate reporting training and other key operational requirements
Carry out and follow up on regular audits as required by the business
Document, Produce and present information relating to audits conducted to all levels of the business and ensure delivery of rectifications.

Cleaning experience & food safety knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
