OUTLINE OF JOB

To work in our (Haven) holiday resort arcade & assist in our prize shop, engaging and helping customers.
Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
To pass on any challenges to the Resort Amusement Manager if appropriate.

Must be available to work day/evening & weekend shifts on a rota basis and over the age of 18.
