Position Overview & Specifications

Innovative Security Solutions are looking for a Door Supervisor to join our security team in the Tamworth area, B78. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £10.50, working a guaranteed minimum of 42 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Shift timings will be discussed in the interview.

Within this role you will be expected to:

Participate in regular patrolling of the warehouse, back of house areas, car parks and external areas, assisting visitors and staff if needed.
Carry out regular checks and searches.
Deter and prevent crime and unacceptable behaviour.
Look after the safety of visitors, and fellow employees.
Operate within the confines of the policies, procedures and rules of the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
Assist with the setup, management and break down of any on-site events.
Attend any training or courses that the company feels is relevant to your role or your personal development.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment in order to take the appropriate action to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage.
