Responsibilities

Build excellent relationships within your area and work with us to make you a market leader within your space.
Carry out the full recruitment process by sourcing & screening applicants, scheduling interviews, closing offers, help in preparing offer letters etc
Build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
Bring on new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
Be the first point of contact for all applicants

Candidate Requirements

Working experience and a passion for your chosen area.
Ambitious!
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate job roles and client requirements with ease
Intelligent with a can do attitude
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task and juggle day to day tasks and projects.
Great planning & organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to remain composed when under pressure and working to tight deadlines.

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
