The post holder will support the Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Elective Recovery and Cancer) – providing targeted support to the challenged divisional and speciality teams, working towards post-Covid business as usual delivery, optimisation of pathways and resources, and the coordination of mutual aid.

We are looking for an Operations Business Manager who has experience of working in an NHS organisation, has a broad range of skills and experience that can be applied to projects in an exciting, challenging yet rewarding environment. The role will provide an opportunity to develop existing skills and abilities, with a high level of autonomy to work in a self-directed way within the parameters of the post.

These services are provided primarily to a catchment population of approximately 600,000 in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire area.
