Full-time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm

The successful candidate will be working in a customer service team and will be looking to increase their business knowledge and responsibilities. It will be a 12 week insight into working life in a growing company. The role will involve handling customer support queries by phone and email. Your work will have a real impact and play a role in retaining the company reputation over our busy summer period.

You will need to come to the office for 1 weeks training prior to the start date.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and the chat app.
Provide answers to questions about our products, pricing and supply related issues.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.

Skills/Qualifications:

Working towards or have obtained a university level degree.
3 A-Level results A-C or equivalent. B in GCSE mathematics or equivalent.
Excellent phone etiquette as well as good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work and work well under pressure.
Flexibility in a changing working environment.
IT literate and mathematically minded.

We are looking for a hard-working individual, looking to get first hand experience of working in a business environment.
