Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for a skilled and creative Junior Retoucher to join our team. As a Junior Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and manipulating digital images. You will be working within our online team and photographer to produce high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
Retouch digital images to a high standard, correcting colour, tone, and composition.
Perform image manipulation such as removing or adding elements, enhancing details, and adjusting lighting.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in the retouching industry.
Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in photography, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
A portfolio demonstrating skills in retouching and image manipulation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in retouching, image manipulation, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
