Hope Meadows Equine Assisted Recovery CIC is looking for an administrative assistant to assist with the day to day running of the organisation.

Hope Meadows is an equine assisted therapy provider for adults, young people and children. We're looking for a driven individual who shares this ethos, and who can support the organisation as it continues to grow.

The administrative assistant will be joining a small, friendly team of the Founder/CEO, several practitioners, a support worker, an equine apprentice and two non-executive directors. The successful candidate will be expected to support the team with both clinical and equine admin, as well as monitoring tasks associated with our funded projects. In addition, the administrative assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, schools, and other professionals, so must embody compassion and professionalism in all interactions.

The role is part time at around 5 hours per week initially, however this will increase to an anticipated maximum of 10 hours per week as the organisation grows and the role becomes more time-consuming.

The role is predominantly home based, but attending meetings at the service in South Hykeham (Lincoln) will be required periodically.
