Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering excellent customer service with the daily arrivals and departures, as well as completing additional tasks during the shift
Demonstrate effective communication with the Front of House team, as well as with other hotel departments
Build a repour with both first time and regular guests throughout their stay
Help where possible with all guests’ requests in a helpful and professional manner
Be proactive in aiming to exceed brand standards and targets
Be approachable for both guests and colleagues alike
Dealing efficiently with day to day billing and guest service queries
Take reservations using the hotel reservation system , ensuring maximum occupancy and rates are obtained
Working as a team player with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service for all guests
Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Hotel and outlets
